Be aware of virtual reception (no person to help)

Location very good, in the city center

Everybody should be aware they have virtual reception. Nobody is helping you with check in, no place to leave your luggage, only few lockers that are usually full because the number of rooms are much higher than the lockers available. If you arrive earlier than 3 pm, than you have to wait like a stupid person with your luggage in the lobby. I paid early check-in and received message that it is not available. After I started to ask many questions on the chat, guess what, 2 rooms were available to check in but the whole mess took us 2 hours to solve. So we spend 2 hours in the lobby instead of visiting the city.

Great location and pratical hotel

The room was big enough and had space to accommodate three people

Our room was close to the front door, and it made a big noise while opening/closing, so we were bothered by that all night and day.

Not very clean. I slept on the sofa bed so i had to use the bed cover stored in the cabinet and I found some hair on the bed cover.

New type of booking for me

Very comfortable and once I got used to the digital aspect it was fine appreciated being able to pay for earlier access though though 15Eu wss a bit steep.

Lack of connection to BBC news and cooking facilities weren't great. No chopping board, no vegetable knife ..if you want to just chill and not go tobars etc it was awkward. Would also have liked a coat hook on back of bathroom door. Would also have liked anexplanation dheet on using air con..would have liked a window I could see out of.. though used to bookings ss a single putting us in the attic .. could do with one of those steps too.. had to climb up on a chair to grt down the kettle and a bowl... very high up.

Clean, good location, but in a very loud street

The apartment was spotless. The staff was very nice. Good location but very noisy as expected for an apartment in the middle of the city.

It was very noisy. We could hear full conversations from people outside. There is some sort of club right in front, so the noise went on until the morning hours. Also, there was a door somewhere next to our apartment that was constantly being slammed. Our 8 month old was sleeping and kept getting awoken by the slamming door.

Great location, responsive host, clean facility

Location was excellent, it was easy to find, instruction to get in was great! There are a bunch of great restaurants, bars and a super market right across from the building. I had to keep the windows shut the whole time. I loved that there is breakfast available for a small fee, and free lockers where I could keep my stuff for couple of hours after I checked out.

I wish I had asked for a higher floor room. As I couldn't keep the windows open due to privacy. While having restaurants and bar was great help with food and other needs, that also means no privacy in the first floor apartment.

Comfortable stay.

Room was spacious, very clean and sound-proofed. Location good, near Callao Metro. Area quiet at night. Breakfast simple but adequate. We could have cooked for ourselves if we had wanted to.

More flexible hours for access to luggage storage lockers would be good. We were totally unable to master the wall-hung TV (not sufficiently IT savvy) but fortunately we weren’t bothered by that.

Great location for those wanting to explore or work from Madrid

The location was very central to Madrid, with many Metro and bus stops close by to make travelling around the city convenient. The apartment was spacious enough for two people and the small kitchen adequate if you wanted to cater/cook for yourself. The building had very fast WiFi, should you need to work from the apartment.

The additional breakfast was limited for the price charged, but the items offered were otherwise good. Madrid is a city that is active until the early morning, especially in such a central location. So if you are a light sleeper you might be woken by the ambient noise from the street. The shutter on the window does mitigate the sound substantially.

The room was clean and overall the price for the location it was worth it.

The location of the property is great. You can walk everywhere and explore the city center.

The bathroom with the metal sink gave a feeling of a train sink. Not the best feeling. You must have internet in order to gain access to the property as u require a code and it would be great if they would grant easier access to an waiting room while doing this instead of staying on the street with luggage and trying to connect.

I like everything in a Room and facility , the breskfast is flat, location is the best but please sent some one to stanb

Location is the best!! Center of everything. Nice place and staff very nice and helpful to solve problems.

Nobody stand by for you like a desk reception. The system is not sure. I change the password for active the room 2 or 3 times cuz it's doesn't work. They fix it many times. That's make me concern and not sure the hotel system. And when you check in. You must to make sure that's a time 3 Pm. you can't go in until 3 pm. The Hotel sent you a room number after 3 pm. I have to wait out side 2 hr. with my big luggage! First i think i can wait in Lobby but can not , the door not open!

Convenient and clean hotel in the center of Madrid

Very central, clean and technologic. Self check in, nice bed. The windows isolate all the street noise

The kitchen wasn't big at all, we didn't expect much in that sense but the equipment was very very basic. It was hard to cook anything there, even just breakfast or a light dinner.

Great location, clean studio but be prepared not to see a soul during your stay. All digital.

Clean, good location and practical to have a little kitchen.

100 % digital is not great for everyone. I was at the end of a long trek, using only wifi when available. That made it extremely difficult to log on. I could nit get in before 3pm (yes, as advertised) but I was there at 2.40pm and still had to wait. Understand it’s advertised that way but no human beings means no flexibility. This said, I still liked the place.
